The Keeper Menstrual Cup has a long stem that you may choose to trim. It is not recommended that you trim your stem until you've tried it for a few days as the position of the cup may change as you adjust to it. Do not remove the stem completely. 

The Moon Cup size B is intended for those women who have not had a vaginal birth and are under the age of 35.

Cleaning and Care:

1. Wash your menstrual cup after use with mild soap and water before reinsertion.

2. When your cycle is finished, wash and dry the menstrual cup thoroughly before storing it in the drawstring fabric bag provided. Do not store your menstrual cup in a plastic bag or airtight container.

3. At the beginning of your next cycle, again, thoroughly wash your cup with mild soap and water before using. You may also choose to boil the cup in an open pan for up to 5 minutes.

Your menstrual cup may naturally discolor slightly over time. This does not impair its function.
