Babywearing Dance Class
Wear your baby while you enjoy burning calories, sweating and having fun with other babywearers. Get out of the house and postpartum and get ready to sweat and groove while we bond with our babies and enjoy socializing with other mothers!
Babywearing has many benefits for both mother and child at any age or stage. Wearing your baby while preforming physical activity can slowly acclimate your body postpartum to more and more movement and weight bearing exercises after having a baby.

Babywearing Meet Up : Wednesdays 11am-1pm
Be sure to check with your midwife or doctor before starting an exercise program and always listen to your body and start slowly.
