If you would like to receive occasional sale information and coupons, please sign up for our free newsletter! Keep in mind that because our sales and discount prices change frequently, we cannot offer price adjustments after your purchase has shipped.
Price Match Guarantee
We realize that there may be other stores out there offering similar products to ours. We are committed to offering our customers a pleasant shopping experience, both online and in our storefront in Athens, GA. And while we believe our pricing is fair and appropriate, if you find something we carry in another store, at a better price, please bring it to our attention so that we can have the chance to match that price. (Sales, bulk pricing and other specials do NOT qualify for price-matching)
Bulk Discounts 
Many of our products are available at a reduced price when purchased in bulk. Keep an eye out around the site for a little golden dollar sign - those products have special bulk pricing.
Gently Used Cloth Diapers
We are excited to offer some cloth diapering items in Gently Used condition. All items are returns from our Diaper Trial Program so we can guarantee all items have been used for 3 weeks or less. Every item is nearly-new with no visible wear or stains. Our used diaper selection changes frequently, check back often for newly listed items!
Shipping within the US
- Most orders ship within one business day!
- All packages receive a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation
- To reduce waste we recycle boxes
Out-of-Stock Items
We make every effort to keep our online inventory as accurate as possible, but occasionally we do make mistakes. If an item you have ordered is found to be out of stock you will receive an email and a phone call before your order ships to inform you of an estimated shipping date and substitution options.
Order Cancellations or Changes
It is our goal to have fast shipping, so we may not always be able to change an order you have placed, but we will certainly try! Call us (877.222.9230) and send us an email and we will try to help.
Damage
If an item you have ordered is found to be damaged or defective, contact us within 5 business days (Monday - Friday) to discuss replacement and/or repair options.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us as follows:
- You will receive an invoice with your order that will include instructions for returning items.
- You may return any item within 60 days of purchase for a refund or store credit (less shipping).
- All returns must be in resalable condition: unused, unwashed, original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept items that are soiled in any way. This includes pet hair, smoke odor, etc.
- We always recommend that you wash and try one diaper first before washing them all.
- All sales final on gently used items.
- Remember to include a copy of your invoice and all original packaging.
- We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns after 60 days. Any returns accepted after 60 days will be issued in the form of a store credit and may be charged a 10% restocking fee.
- Returns are processed within 3 business days (Monday - Friday) of receipt. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.
- When your return is processed, PayPal credits will appear immediately, credit card refunds may take up to 3 - 5 days to appear on your account.
