Gift Registry Help

We're excited to offer you a great way to create your wish list with The Natural Baby Online store using our gift registry. Our gift registry program works just like the registries in big department stores. First your create a gift registry following the instructions below. Second you can use our registry program to send out emails to your friends and family letting them know you have a gift registry with us; the email will even have a link to take them directly to your registry. Third your friends and family can use your registry list to shop online or print the registry and shop in our store and we'll make sure your registry is updated to keep you from getting duplicates.  

Follow the steps below to create your registry today!

How to Create Gift Registries on www.thenaturalbaby.com

1. Click on my account if you have already have an account. If you do not have an account, you’ll need to create one. It’s free and the process is short.
2. Once you’ve successfully created an account and/or logged in, click on the Manage Gift Registries Link.
3. Then click on the Create New Registry Button.
4. You’ll need to enter some information about your registry.  Click on the Continue Button when you finishing entering your information.
5. You are now ready to manage your registry.

Adding Products

1. When you click on Add Products you will be brought back to the homepage of Natural Baby
   
2. If you are not logged in you will need to login.
3. Once logged in, add products to your shopping cart that you would like in the gift registry.
4. Once all of your desired items are in the cart choose Checkout.
5. Under the checkout button there should be an Add to Registry button (See Below).
   
6. When you click on the Add to Registry button, instead of beginning the checkout process will be taken to a page that allows you to select a gift registry from a list of gift registries previously added to your account. Use the drop down box to choose the correct registry. (See Below) The click on the Continue Button.
7. Your items from your shopping cart have now been added to the registry.

Notifying Friends & Family of Your Registry:

After creating a Gift Registry and adding products to it, the you can easily let friends and family members know about it, right from within our website.

1. Click on the my account link or the Account Home link on the right side of the page. (See Below). (If you are not logged in, you will need to login.)
2. Click on the Manage Gift Registries Link from the links listed in the middle of the page.
3. From the Manage Gift Registries page, select Notify Friends. When the registry is hidden, this is the only way for people to reach the registry. (See Below)
4. To use this feature, registrants you need to enter your name and e-mail address, a list of addresses for family and friends to be notified (each address must be on a separate line), a subject for the e-mail, and the actual message. The message is partially pre-filled with basic event information and a link to the registry. The link to the registry should not be altered. Click on Continue to send your notification email.
   • You may find it easiest to send this email to yourself and then forward the message onto family
     and friends using you personal email account.
   • If you’ve chosen to Hide the Registry, your family and friends must use the link to access
     your registry, it will not appear in a registry search.
   • For your privacy we do not store the email addresses that you send the registry email to.
