Fitted Diapers |

Fitted cloth diapers are incredibly absorbent without the stress of pins. Snaps and/or Velcro give caregivers an easy-on easy-off diaper. More expensive than prefolds or contours, some families have just a few fitted diapers on hand for running errands or for babysitters. Pros: best containment - elastic at legs and waist holds everything inside (even runny breastfed/newborn poop) which means having fewer covers on hand (we recommend 2-4 covers); closure gives stay-put fit; easy to use - no folding, explaining, or adjusting; dads, babysitters, and grandparents often prefer fitted diapers (and are therefore more likely to change them!) Cons: slightly longer dry time, more expensive than prefolds and contours. |
